Refunds

Luggage items are eligible for a full refund, excluding re-stocking costs of $5 per item associated with product returns. Makeup purchases aren’t eligible for return at the moment during the Covid-19 pandemic. We want to ensure the safety of all products, so we won’t reuse, resell or allow repurchase of any of these items. Items eligible for return have to be non used, intact items without wear, scratches, stains, blemishes and fraying. Purchaser will be required to send exterior and interior photos of items: also including order/confirmation number to info@shopstunnerbee.com before refund will be released.

 

Sale & Promotional Items

There are no returns on sale or promotional items,  no exceptions.

Refunds are subject to a $5 restocking fee per item.

 

Products arrived damaged

-We take the arrival of intact products very seriously and do what we can to ensure negligence doesn’t happen. However, due to matters out of our control from shipping carriers, things do happen. Please do not discard any of the items, take photos and notify us within (3) three days of your products being delivered.

 

Purchases through Retailers

-We ask if you’ve purchased products through any of our retailers, that you raise any concerns with them. Our vendors have their own return and exchange policies, while supporting our brand at their locations.

 

Failed Deliveries

-Reshipping costs will be calculated if items are returned to our fulfillment center due to multiple failed delivery attempts by the shipping carriers or refusal to accept the package.
